ATHENS William “Bill” Landfair, “The Bicycle Man”, age 86, of Athens passed away Friday October 6, 2006 at Battle Creek Health System. William was born on March 15, 1920 in Leonidas, Michigan to Peter and Elsie (Hope) Landfair. He is survived by his wife Audrey (Dunithan) Landfair of 56 years, daughter Connie Scott of Sherwood, MI, four grandchildren, Tamara Barroso of Battle Creek, MI., Nakia Scott of Battle Creek, MI., Lori McLaughlin of Coldwater, MI., Thomas Hantz II of Quincy, MI. six great grandchildren, two sisters Ester Hacker of Athens, MI, and Alison Carr of Sturgis, MI.
